ONce again this can not conntect simulator

I did everyone told me clean cache  reset my pc lol.... wait a day but this happen to me at 11amRL yesterday... so it's the morning still saying the same thing.. anyone can help me with this problem ..I'll be more then grateful.. thank you for your time...

Not really a cache issue. Have you tried logging into another simulator on the login screen instead of perhaps your usual location. That is the usual fix. Try a Linden sim such as Aqua or Pooley.

If that does not work, there is a good chance this problem is related to an invalid character in a group tag. That message about being unable to connect to a simulator is in repsonse to a few issues and an invalid character in a group tag is one of them. I've come across this on a number of occasions in the past year or so.

If this is the problem, you need to get yourself removed from the group you currently have active. If you know which one, do you have an alt who can IM the group owner or if not, I can do that for you. Alternatively, if you have premium membership, Linden Lab can sort this for you via Live Chat or ticket., There is a chance disabling Group Titles in Preferences > General may work too but I'm not sure..worth a try
