I was hosting on Monday for 2hrs and suddenly log me out ... and I have called support they told me to wait for e-mail... I have been here 2years and never had to his happen .. Can somone tell me how can get it back thank you for your support... Norrie swords

I did everyone told me clean cache reset my pc lol.... wait a day but this happen to me at 11amRL yesterday... so it's the morning still saying the same thing.. anyone can help me with this problem ..I'll be more then grateful.. thank you for your time...
