Employing managers

Hi 2 all. I'm now in state that i need to employe managers. In this time i have no idea how managers are payed. How much, for what ( goal , hour, team), when...

Are they salary monthly , weekley or on some another way. 

 

I dont wont to be unprepeire when  I start. All yours experiance and tips are welcome

I do not think there are any 'rules' about payment.  You do not mention what type of venue you need managers for...a club?  a shop?

It's totally up to you how to reward your managers.
When it comes to club managers some are rewarded for the hours they put in .. they more hours the more money (only works properly if you have some kind of clocking system). Others get a weekly fee. And there are managers who get a precentage from the clubs income. I also know managers who don't get any fees or anything but who can keep 100% of their tips.

A manager in a shop might get paid in clothing items, hair, or the like.  They also may get paid a percentage of sales during their work hours (an incentive to offer help to customers).  I have not been in LAQ recently, but their help staff had tip panels you could use to show appreciation for assistance.

best way to handle this (win-win) is to set out a few tipjars at your venue, club or whatever ... and to share the tips between the owner and the managers .... good luck!!! :smileywink: *meows*
