New House Furniture

I have just started renting a new house in Farrah Island...but there is one let down.... i can't move or place the furniture in my inventory....i can use my own furniture but cannot move the furniture that started off in my house...i want to put in a kitchen and change the table but i can't because i cannot do anything with the original furniture....does anyone know how to fix this...please help ! ???? :)

Sounds like you are renting a furnished home.  You need to talk to your landlord about removing their furnishings so that you can use yours.  Renting does not automatically grant you the ability to modify, delete or move someone else's objects.  So you need the person who owns the objects to either grant persmissions or remove them for you.
