Why cant I give friends map rights?

I am wondering why I can not give my friends rights anymore.  I go to the site I was given and it wont work.  I think you need to put it back the way it was before so much easier.

This bug has been fixed on RC BlueSteel sims.

Type BlueSteel into you map and click find, then TP to one of the BlueSteel Sandboxes & you should be able to change perms in the normal way there.

The fix will be on all sims after the rolling restart either this week or next week.
