Not sure what  viewer you are using but some hints there. Also, it is important to know (and I didn't) that you cannot hear yourself speak. So if you are moving your mouth and the microphone graphic above your head is pulsing, then you are probably good. You can go to a special Echo Canyon to hear yourself.
