Land access

I can't access my land. The message reads 'you are not on the access list'. I have paid for this land. How do I get back on?

I don't know the owner of the land so I can' t ask for a sim restart.

Take a look at your transactions history to see who you have paid for this land, then you will be able to contact them and find out what the problem is.

It maybe that the region is temporarily out of action, either because of a LL restart/update, or the sim owner might be carrying out some routine maintenance, or they may have forgotten to give access to everyone.
