payment info wont show up on profile

i added a cc to my payment info on my account and it let me buy 2550L but will not show up on my profile status and i really need to tp to this sim that requires payment info please help i've relogged multiple times and its been like 5 hours since i added the info.

Did you buy the money directly in the viewer or in the Marketplace? Buying them in the viewer itself should set the state to payment info used. If you did buy from within the viewer, you should contact support. Not quite sure if billing support may help you, but you might want to try first before filing a support issue that may take some days to get processed:
