List Your Beautiful Windlight Enhanced Regions Here!

Sim owners, I want to see all the cool Windlight enhanced regions that are out there. Please post if you have one or have seen one.

Well, regions can *all* utilise Windlight settings if they want.  And we can use our own preferred windlight settings to view those locations too.  So to call any region a 'windlight region' sounds odd and kind of inaccurate.

There, put up a before and after pic. Yes, all regions are windlight enabled, but I'd like to see ones that are BEAUTIFUL and that people can visit to actually see the sim owners changes, and get a nice list going.
