You did the best possible thing asking the creator. Merchants are not online everyday, moreover it is a vacation period. Maybe he's on holidays and you might have to wait for a response. In the meantime, you might have a look on the marketplace searching for teen skins.

Just to clarify, when you ask a creator, the most reliable way is to do via notecard.  IMs are often capped and they would not likely get your message.

Also, if you have looked at their profile, there may be an alternate contact listed for customer questions.
