I have a cuestion about the iphone IV is anyone using sl on the iphone iv and if yes in case you own a sim is the features of world region estate can be used on the iphone iv ?

Hello, not for the 3 apps i use(d). Better ones let you chat, IM, Teleport, invite friends, show profiles, pay, checking (using) your inventory and listen to music.

The "higher" functions like building or all the preferences stuff and i guess the land tools are not avail.

Monti is right, I believe. The iPhone - or indeed iOS - applications that let you access SL are limited. They do not let you do see the world, do not let you build, nor let you change any settings for a parcel or sim. You will appear in world when you log in using them, and you can be tp'ed by other people to places. You can chat and IM using them, and pay avatars money. That is about it, though.

Have a look at the info for Pocket Metaverse on the iTunes store to see what it can do.
