Hmmm. I saw that and played around with it at one point. Maybe it got left out of the latest beta? Or maybe it was a Phoenix thing? Don't see the crouch toggle options in the debug settings that were in Phoenix.

Use crouch key in toggle mode has not yet been added to Firestorm.
