Due to crash my items failed to be delivered, tho in order history it says delivered.

I have bought 10 items, and recieved only 2.
I have crashed in meanwhile and couldnt get back on...
I keep on getting this msg when i tried to log in:

Unable to connect to Agni.
DNS could not resolve the host name.
Please verify that you can connect to secondlife’s
wb site. If you can, but continue to receive this error,
Please go to the support section and report this problem.

In order history it says all items have been delovered but i dont have them.

The Multi-Buy option has a bad delivery record, I would recommend buying one item at a time in future until they get the problems worked out.

For the items that you are missing, copy the transaction record from your order history onto a notecard or IM to the seller and ask for a replacement.
