I cant hear voice on my computer and no one can hear me. Has anyone had these same issues?

Im unable to send or recieve voice on my computer since i changed internet service from verizon to time warner cable internet. Has anyone else had a problem like this..?

I also just switched to cable from DSL and have had no issues.  Make sure that your voice is not muted or turned way down on the mixer on your computer.  Also, when you go into the voice section in Preferences, make sure that you try to 'reset' it at the top.  Also, test your device in that same box.

Check your firewall(s), maybe you need to add vivox to that.
