SL & RL retail inventory management system that syncs?

We're going to be representing multiple vendors in world that will represent real world products.  Does anyone know of a software system that will sync with SL and RL?  Hate the though of all that duplicate entries.

Sync what? Can you be more specific?  "A Software" is moreover active scripts in SL that communicate with databases outside SL.  It can use emails or an API but I'm not sure what you want to sync.
