My husband is having problems getting his avatar to rezz so he can see it

My husband is having problems getting his avatar to rezz to himself. Others can see him but he cannot see himself. He has tried 2 different computers. He has tried taking everything off and relogging and he still cannot see himself. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank You

Is this on the same computer using a different account (alt)?  If so then both of you need to clear your cache........and one needs to move the cache location to a different location on the computer.  If it's a different computer then he needs to clear his cache (the use of different viewers for the same account often introduces even more problems..........clear all those caches and move each viewer's cache to a different location on the computer).  Also, if he's using a different computer and you both are connected to the Internet via a router is he not rezzed for you also?
