I can't get my icarus tv to play videos.. will see screen options up to time it says "Now Playing.."

....then it goes blacnk to my eyes and I hear nothing. I try hitting play on media button..nothing. I try hitting play on the sceen and it says again that is -is- playing...I have QT installed, am on a PC w/Windows XP.. what can I do???

You must set your land media streaming. Read this from the knowledge base:

you need the latest quicktime and flash installed not just the internet explorer flash player which is not compatible with any SL viewer http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/doku.php?id=downloads has a link to get the non IE flash player. you might want to look in your task manager in the processes tab for a process called SLplugin.exe and add this to your AV/firewall allowed/exception list
