Transparency problem in Blender

Hello,

I've imported an avatar from Databank in blender to make outfits and for everything except the skirt transparency display fine on the object. You can see the result on the screenshot below :

 How display the transparency on the skirt object ? 

No transparency displayed on object

Perhaps my question is not clear enough, so I will reformulate :matte-motes-grin:. 

The two screenshots come from the same .blend file. 

The transparency settings in Blender are the same on both of them.

So my question is why in one case, transparency is displayed, and on the other no ?
