I bought Food For my Meeroos when i tried to rez it it never showed up...ticket was ignored

I suspect you are stuck. LL will not get involved and if you have already contacted the vendor and they will not replace, then you have just lost some lindens. One thing you might try next time is to ATTACH the food to yourself. This trick lets you know if the asset server is happy. If you can attach an object (any object, not just your food) then detach it and the likelihood of it rezzing is very good.
