Why autobuild.xml won't download and install quicktime at compiling?

I was building source of 2.7.4, when I finish compiling and run the secondlife-bin.exe, I found I can't use quicktime, it posts an error: "The following media plugin has failed: media_plugin_quicktime". I found autobuild.xml doesn't download and install quicktime SDK at compiling, but I don't know the reason, can anyone help me?

You should either check the build logfiles or the console output autobuild generates when it is executed.
