Groups and friends lists empty

Logged in this morning and my friends list all have heads on them but no names are listed. I went to the second life website under my account and they are still listed there but not in the communicate box inworld.

My groups are not listed either and it says I belong to 0 of 42 groups! I checked my profile and they were listed there, Closed the profile and reopened and poof " gone" . I relogged 2 times and cleared cache and nothing worked. I even tried to readd myself to one group and it let me! but wont' show up.

I have a business and everyone on those lists are important to me. Please help

I cleared cache a second time and relogged yet again and they came back

This reminds me of a 20L bug...

There's a bug every few viewers that causes me to log in and appear to only have 20L - even if I'm on an alt that actually has less...

Usually just goes away after a few relogs.

Likewise...my groups list in the chat window shows only the "none" option.  My group tag remains over my avatar, but I can't access any of the group chats, including the one for the group showing its tag.  My profile, however, lists ALL the groups I am in.

I've tried clearing the group cache and restarting the application several times, with no luck.  I run two groups, and will not be able to administer these groups until this is corrected. Help!

Oh--I have one other alt character and haven't had any problems with it.
