New Haven, the 27 region-sized roleplay town, has available homes for rent.  Whether it's a small 1 or 2-bedroom home, or a 3 or 4 bedroom family mansion, there's more than likely something to suit your needs!  With ready-to-move into homes, you also have the option of s "house swap" in certain plots to change the current house to another house which has been cleared to be used on that region.

• No land buy-in.  Simply pay the rental box, join the group and move in!
• Modern theme.  New Haven is based on a contemporary town in Maine on the east coast of the United States
• Option to tint the walls.  Most (but not all) of the homes available for rent have the option of wall tinting, so it's not all that new house cream colour. 
• House does not count towards prims.  The house is not part of the counted prim on your land, so all those prims can go to furnishing and decorating!
• New Haven sandbox.  Renting a home in New Haven also gives you access to the private sandbox!
• Light and para RP welcome.  New Haven is a roleplay town, but don't let that put you off!  We welcome heavy (para) and light roleplayers!

The Yacht Club

...you can even rent a mooring for your yacht or boat at either the main yacht club or the mornings on the southern side of the town.

We are also MyStory/DFS friendly!  With farm plots for rent in the Stonybrook Farm region.

With an active Police and Fire department, general hospital, events team, real estate team and more, if you are looking for a RP job, we'll probably have something that will fit!
