Want to Hire a Builder

I need someone to create some custom buildings and help decorate a sim. It would have an adult theme so if that kind of project bothers there is no need to read on.

The sim is a semi-tropical island region, with sparse vegetation and sandy beaches. I want to set up a series of porn studios. My idea is that each studio will be housed in a hangar type structure (the back story for the build would be that it is a converted military air base). There would be various instances of the hangar, each with a different scene inside. In the following sense it would be like a real studio: from within you see the interior of a house etc. but if you step outside the basic arrangement of four "walls" you see that each one is really just canvas stretched over a wooden frame.

What goes in each studio will be determined by the type of movie or scene which is going to be filmed there. I will probably do most of the detail of the scenes myself, but some of the more complicated ones could be like mini-projects that could be assigned to different builders. 

There will also be other buildings and features, the two most important of which are a strip bar, and a hotel-like building with several rooms (this could be a colonial style residence that predates the airbase in order to fit with the backstory). There would need to be appropriate ground textures such as an overgrown runway and other buildings to set the scene, such as an air traffic control tower. Obviously the overall look and feel would have to be of a piece, I am thinking a retro WWII era look.
