Need "Failed to link because sim is full"

This is just a thought. Right now we have link failed because to far apart. How about "failed to link because sim is full" then it would prevent the dreaded auto return and maybe an object that cannot be rez?

Not sure on the error message...Maybe

"failed link because resulting links would result in exceeding sim/parcel limits"

because at the time before link the sim was not full

also this would prevent a potential griefing tool to fill up sand boxes. "rez link sit" now no can use the sandbox type thing.

Nice to have, definitely don't have time to do this for initial launch.

Catching operations that would cause overflows in advance is definitely something we've looked into but it would take significant resources that we just don't have before the initial release of mesh.
