BDSM Bay is opening up a new club February 3rd @ BDSM Bay LIVE! We are looking for Dancers, DJ's & Hosts who want to set their own schedule and keep 100% of all tips you earn! We also offer adboards for freelance escorts & dominatrix's. Please read on about how to skip the interview process and apply!

We are excited to have you as a member of our team! No matter what role you play here, you are a valued individual and will do everything possible to keep you safe, sane and consensual! We are an LGBTQA+ and fantasy avatar safe establishment, please come as you are! We are a BDSM Community RP SIM with plenty of stuff to do, so feel free to explore the sim!

PAYMENT

All staff regardless of your title keeps 100% of your earnings from your time at our club! We do NOT collect any profits from your employment here. Escort adboards do cost a small fee which also prevents bots and spammers from claiming the adboards, however, 100% of the Linden proceeds go to a charity or direct aid of the SIM's choosing each quarter! Please view our notice board on what charity is being donated to currently. Please feel free to suggest new charities to us in which we can select to donate to.

Sorry, but because we are a no-profit club, we do NOT offer any hourly wages. We would love to, but there is no $L to do so!

🔒 REQUIREMENTS & RULES FOR ALL STAFF 🔒

⚠🚩️ MUST READ BEFORE FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION! 🚩⚠️

• Must be 18 years of age or older in real life
• Must have an avatar representing above the age of 18 in Second Life. This not only includes avatar look, but also avatar behavior and profile presentation.
• Avatar must be at least 60 days old
• You MUST be apart of the BDSM community, or MUST be open to be around it. If this subject bothers you in any way, we do not suggest filling out an application.
• Avatar must be unique to your style and kept up-to-date. We require mesh avatars, as default and pre-made avatars are least likely to be taken seriously by patrons. How you present yourself determines how much $L you earn.
• Must be active in local chat, welcoming our guests and willing to talk & emote. Silence and going AFK while logged into your tip jars will NOT be tolerated.
• ALWAYS say "Thank you" for receiving tips, no matter how big or small the amount. The thank you message that's sent automatically from the tip jars DO NOT COUNT.
• ABSOLUTELY NO BEGGING, BRIBING OR PANDERING FOR TIPS! You may roleplay in local chat and interact with patrons for a chance at earning more tips, but you must not ask or suggest in any way to give you more lindens (both in local, private, group or discord) EXAMPLES OF THIS PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR:
"I teasingly pull down my panties before pulling them back up, waiting for a tip that will make me take them all the way off."
"I need $150L for my $2,000L rent. If you are nice, you will send it to me."
"This body costed me sooo much $L, it's too bad that it's not free for people to look at it!"
"My dog needs knee surgery, any tips will help Fido get a new knee!"
"If you tip me $1,000L I will suck my own titty in front of all of you!"
"I am offering services for 50% off the usual rates to the first person who claims my offer."
• Dancers must NEVER give out free favors! You cannot give out any freebies such as lap dances or private sessions to ANYONE. It does not matter if the patron is your boy/girlfriend, is having a bad day or their grandma just died. This will NOT be tolerated.


🔒 DJ'S & LIVE SINGERS 🔒

Do you enjoy playing music or singing for people? Can you commit at least 4 hours per month at our club? Would you like to earn tips and keep 100% of them? We are hiring established DJ's & Singers to join our team! An application process is required for DJ's & Live Singers, but approval rates are high and we are excited to add diverse and unique talents to our musicians! We appreciate DJ's of all genres to apply, as we LOVE variety! You are more than welcome to bring your own style! Keep 100% of your tips, while having fun, gain more fans and making new friends.

• Must fill out an application. After approval, you will be given a DJ/Live Singer tag, the ability to send notices in our patron group and able to set your own schedule. Time slots are first come first serve.
• Must schedule a minimum of 4 hours per month for your sets to avoid losing your time slot and being removed from staff.
• Must have your own stream to be added by management in our shoutcast board (sorry, we do not provide a universal stream)
• If you have your own host that attends with you to your sets, you must include them on your application. Otherwise, we will assign one to you based on their availability.
• Must be willing to welcome in guests, take reasonable music requests and be vocally thankful when you are tipped or shown gratitude by guests

• Must be willing to promote the entire RP sim at least once per hour during your set to encourage people to explore the SIM after you're finished with your set.
• Advertising is up to you! Please post to your fan groups or inform your friends when you are going on set. You or your host may also post to the BDSM Bay group to inform our regular patrons when you go on set.
• LIVE SINGERS: Must include a minimum of 2 recordings of your singing sessions. Links are preferred. They can be soundcloud/mixcloud or uploaded into a cloud storage with a sharable link (google drive, meganz, etc)

🔒 HOST REQUIREMENTS 🔒

Do you have a welcoming and accommodating personality and like to interact with crowds? Do you like listening to live music while working alongside great DJ's & Live Singers? We welcome you to become a host for BDSM Bay LIVE! Keep 100% of your tips, while having fun and making new friends.

• Must fill out an application. After approval, you will be given a Host tag which will allow you to use the tip jars, and are required to join the Patrons group to interact with our guests.
• Hosts will be placed with a DJ and/or Live Singer based on their availability and time slots selected, as well as your availability. You are welcome to host during radio intermissions where no performers are present if a DJ isn't assigned to you.
• Must be willing to welcome and interact with guests, and be vocally thankful when you are tipped or shown gratitude by guests. You must also kindly remind people to not forget to tip the performers and dancers, and send in musical requests to the performers.
• Must be willing to remind guests of the rules kindly and in private chat, and make reports to management if problems occur.
• Must be willing to post group notices before the performers set and during half-time of the performers set.

• Must be willing to promote the entire RP sim at least once per hour during your set to encourage people to explore the SIM after you're finished with your set.
• If you need to go afk, please log out of your tip-jar and head back to the staff room until you are ready to resume.

🔒 DANCER REQUIREMENTS 🔒

• Must fill out an application. After approval, you will be given a Dancer tag which will allow you to use the tip jars and dance poles, and are required to join the Patrons group to interact with our guests.
• Must log into the tip jars and dance for a minimum of 2 hours per week to avoid being removed from staff
• Your tip-jars will require you to enter in a CAPTCHA code every 30 minutes to avoid automatic log-out. This is to avoid AFK dancers. If you need to go AFK, please log out of your tip-jar and head back to the staff room until you are ready to resume.

🔒 FREELANCE ESCORT & DOMINATRIX REQUIREMENTS 🔒

• If you wish to advertise your escorting or dominatrix services, you do not need to fill out an application! Simply rent one of our ad boards to advertise your photos and rates
• If you wish to Dance to supplement your income and show your immediate availability, please fill out the application as a Dancer by visiting the application link below.
• Advertising your services in local or group chat in the club or on SIM is NOT ALLOWED
• Ad board rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE! If you decide that you no longer wish to have your ad board here, you are welcome to have it suspended, but refunds cannot be given. Please make sure with 100% certainty that you wish to have a board before you rent it.
• Must create your own notecard describing your rates/prices and services offered. People with empty ad boards will NOT be selected by clients. Empty ad boards will be terminated after 7 days of no rate-card added.
• You are welcome to use furniture in the club or around our sim to service your clients, or use your own place.


🔒 FAQ'S 🔒

• Besides tips, do you pay an hourly wage?
We would love to pay all of our staff an hourly wage, but there is simply no money we can give out as we are a 0 profit SIM. Therefore, we cannot pay hourly wages to any of our staff. Whatever tips you make from your time here goes 100% to you. We do not take a commission from any of your earnings.

• Are Fantasy/Furry avatars allowed to apply?
YES! All is welcome and we do not discriminate based on your avatar appearance.

• I am a man/transgender person/non-binary person. Can I still apply to be a dancer or rent an ad board as an escort?
YES. We are male entertainer, transgender and non-binary friendly.

• What if I am not able to attend my set or work the minimum hours required from my title?
We know that real life ALWAYS comes first, and we realize that sometimes stuff happens and you can't let us know. However, if you can, please let a staff member know or leave us a message in Discord. If you make a habit out of not contacting us, or we see you online frequently but you do not respond, we will remove your staff tag and time slots. You will have to reapply again if you wish to resume.

• I don't want my ad board anymore. Can I have a refund?
We DO NOT give refunds on ad boards. Management is happy to terminate your ad board for you, but we cannot give back any Lindens spent on rental, as it goes directly to various charities and direct aid. We are not responsible for others paying for unwanted ad service.

• I have a suggestion for a charity to be donated to. Who can I tell?
You are welcome to talk to management about your charity suggestion. Please note that we are very selective on charities and do our best to avoid charitable organizations that do it for personal profit and does not distribute a fair amount of money to their cause. Because of this, some charities will not be approved.
