Not receiving offline IMs to email?

Hello there

I recently joined Second Life and I have noticed that I am not receiving offline IMs (from other Residents) to my email. I have all the right settings / boxes checked. I have tried various different email addresses with the same result. Just wondering if anybody else is experiencing this? And if there is any solution? (Having said all of this I was also not receiving Marketplace emails either for a while but that has now resolved itself  without my doing anything so possibly it's just a case of waiting it out...........)

My offline IMs always end up in my spam folder while messages directly from LL do make it to my main folder.  For some reason also, I can access my spam folder from my phone and tablet but not my laptop.
