I'm selling my male alts 1024 water/sailing parcel to free up some tier space. Moderate rated, protected water and sailing in the Atoll Sea.

L7,500 which is a bargain for the area. Well decorated sim and area. Note: House and decor do not stay with purchase, they will be returned (unless you want the house and base landscaping? I could take the furniture and leave the buyer to decorate as they like, let me know).
