Process Credit - Error

Well, I don't know who to turn to, but I ended up doing two process credits in a row, but only one was sent to me, but both show up as completed.

I've already tried to open a contact with Second Life and Tilia support, but it wasn't resolved.

as residents we have no insight in Tilia's processes, they are really the only ones who can assist you.
