Download SecondLife from the link on the secondllife.com web page.  There are also TPVs (Third-Party Viewers) you can select from to get into Second Life from here http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory.  Once you have downloaded and installed a viewer, click on the desktop icon and enter Second Life.  Enjoy!

Press on the world map and see if you can press "visit location" on the map. Unless you don't have the progam installed yet on your computer, if not, install it.

As to getting inworld, as Venus said.

Before you do so, I would suggest you rethink your name. I think in times ahead, you'll come to regret adding all those numbers unless you have some particular reason for doing so. You cannot change your username (although you can choose display names inworld but many people do not have display names switched on so will always see you as abigail1234567890) so while Abigail is likely gone, try and come up with a variation that looks more normal than adding ten numbers after it and capitalise the first letter. You can easily create a new avatar at this point before you've even logged in for the first time.
