hope you realize that your low offer, is less as the recurring monthly maintenance fee. That fee will start immediately after your purchase, as not many people will sell at such low rate with a long remaining time left on the costs.
And not as last.. the costs need to include the transfer fee .. nothing is free in SL and often include fees that are added to prices

You do realize that some sellers will pay the transfer fees.... its a matter of who your buying from. this isnt my first rodeo
