after buying Full region sims, how long does it take for it to load before being able to tp to it?

I just bought a full region sims and its taking a very long time to load and I cant tp too it. was wondering if it has hours for it to load or something ?

As I recall from when I bought one, it should only take a few minutes for the region to be created. If you are having trouble getting to it after LL opens this morning, contact live chat for help.
