impossible to use search engine in the viewer when i am online

Good morning. I write from Italia.ho a problem. having changed antivirus, before I uninstalled mcafee, the program blocked me a file of the SL viewer and now I can no longer search for places or people or groups when I am online. I tried to uninstall both aintivirus and the viewer but nothing. I no longer know how to proceed. Can someone give me suggestions? Thank you

Have you tried a different viewer? That would narrow it down what could be wrong.
