I'm not loving mainland as much as I expected to, so I am moving back to Bellisseria. I am selling my 1024 lot for $L 5000, which is $L 4.9 / sqM.

This scenic lot is 32x32 sqM and has strips of abandoned land on 3 sides, making it semi-protected. It faces a sunset view and while there are neighbors builds, it is mostly water around it. The parcel is decorated as a lighthouse sitting on a pier with planters of tropical plants. The lighthouse is furnished (adult bed and adult sofa) and there are two piers attached to the dock. One has rezzers for two types of water vehicles and the other has a long walkway with a few seagulls on it. Even if you keep all of the build that is on the parcel, there is still over 50 LI spare for you to add you own personal touches. Or you can return some/all of the build and do your own thing.

Anyhow it faces the sunset, & the furniture/dock/lighthouse can be returned or you can keep using them.
