Is there a way to search for certain items in our wishlist so that they can be removed after purchasing or getting them as a gift? I wish there was a way to delete specific items from the wishlist easier instead of checking boxes page by page, especially if your wishlist is pages long.

My wishlist never exceeds one single page (of 12) for fear of appearing too greedy. Even then I ensure there is nothing too excessive.

128 pages of wishes is a bit too many, wouldn't you think?
