To confirm, you can generally expect rolls to follow the standard release schedule (https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Simulator_Release_Schedule) unless there is something that needs an emergency response. This means: expect your region to restart at least once a week on Tuesday or Wednesday, SLS or Release Candidate (RC) channels, respectively.
