How to set sim to night when ppl tp in?

Just wonder if its possible to set the sim in a way so when ppl tp in its always night ?

If you have your region EEP set to a nighttime setting, those people who have chosen to always use region settings will see nighttime.  You can't really control what other's choose, though.  I always use my own personal EEP setting when traveling SL so if I entered your region, I wouldn't see night.

A lot of places will offer a notecard or have a sign which indicates, Best Seen with Region Environment.
