teleport failed and crashed

Hi, all, thank you for reading. 

This problem makes me have a very big trouble that if i try to teleport, it is always failed and then crashed, i don't know why. i try another account in the same computer and it works.

So i don't know if it is my account's problem or something else? 

If someone knows how to slove it, please help me, thank you very much.

Try wearing one of the basic starter avatars from Inventory\Library\Clothing\Initial Outfits. Can you teleport all right? If so, the problem was something you were wearing.

i had try that but also failed and crashed
