Constant blue popup box every 2 secs, cant stop it

Hello, i purchased an item from [merchant name redacted by moderator] and when i wear the item i keep getting a blue pop up box trying to give me a (Your object named [redacted by by moderator] has given you this folder:
[redacted by moderator] ) 

I now have well over 1000 of these  its pops up every 2 secs, when i wear the item, i cant see anything in the items menu to stop it

It only happens in Firestorm viewer as well

any ideas on how to stop it? i have contacted the shop but no replies yet

Turn off RLV in the viewer or check setting in whatever rlv device you use to blacklist the Puppy Mittens thing.
