1 Lindal Kidd Posted November 28, 2022 Share Posted November 28, 2022 The delay should not exceed 7 calendar days (if you signed up on a Tuesday, your first stipend payment should be the next Tuesday). The Thanksgiving holiday may have slowed things down a bit. If you don't get your stipend tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov 29) then either call Billing at 800-294-1067 during US West Coast working hours, or file a Support Case. (And, have you checked your Account page to see that you really are shown as Premium? Maybe the payment didn't go through.) 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
