I buyed a Fullsim at LL and I can't tp friends also friend can't come to me. I changed all settings do "allow all"...

 

do i have to wait maybe?

You'll probably need to submit a support case or contact Live Chat to see if they can help, but just to be sure, the setting you set to "allow all" include the following, right? :

Enabling the yellow-highlighted stuff should open it up so anybody can teleport in.

But that's for "anybody" set to handle the maturity rating of the region, circled in blue. If the region is Adult-rated, for example, and the user doesn't have Adult destinations enabled, they wouldn't be able to follow a teleport. (That's not likely, but just making sure.)

I can't think of anything else to check first, before contacting Support.
