Firestorm stuck at " handshake request " , cant log without a VPN .

Hello , 

So for the past couple of month I cant log in second life . The only way which i discovered accidently to log in is with norton VPN . 

in my whole 11 years on second life this never happened before ..never had to use a VPM before . 

I tried to  log in from a different computer and a different net .. nothing changed .. so I do believe its something to do with Linden labs themselves ? 

Anyone know anything please ?

Contact support, AriaRo. I had this same issue just this past weekend. I couldn't get past the region handshake. I tried on Firestorm and the Official Viewer, did a clean install of each, cleared cache, booted router etc etc. I ended up sending in a support ticket. It turns out there was some sort of corruption with my inventory. Chipper Linden inserted a script and told me to log into a quiet area and let my inventory load fully, clear my cache, log out and then log back in. I've had no problems since.
