Contact support, AriaRo. I had this same issue just this past weekend. I couldn't get past the region handshake. I tried on Firestorm and the Official Viewer, did a clean install of each, cleared cache, booted router etc etc. I ended up sending in a support ticket. It turns out there was some sort of corruption with my inventory. Chipper Linden inserted a script and told me to log into a quiet area and let my inventory load fully, clear my cache, log out and then log back in. I've had no problems since.
