Is anyone else having problems with crashing and being a noob

I have been haivng problems wiht my avi looking like a noob or blurry. I have clean cache and did character test? any suggestiosn

Try this, place your cursor over the AV then pres Ctrl+Alt+R all at the same time.

Does it do this all the time no matter where you are? Does it happen all the time anywhere. Does it start out OK then get worse after some time online. <<<<<<<<< If this one, has this PC ever been cleaned on the inside of the tower or Laptop?

yes this pc has been cleaned. its only my shape that looks blurry arund shoulders n arms.
