Viewer does not load avatars and objects all of a sudden.

I was able to mod my avatar about two hours ago, but ever since I re-logged in the viewer avatar attachments do not load at all but only default low-poly body is visible. This happens to other users' avatars as well (objects in the sim load very slowly)

I tried restarting PC, reinstalling viewer and cleaning up caches, but none of them solved at all. 

Internet speed is fine as usual, but I don't know if it's just me having this issue or other people are also suffering this problem.

The network bars on the top right corner changes green-yellow-red continuously, but when I click it the window shows 3 green status.

Are there any good solutions for this case?

Try a different region in case there are issues with the one you were at. If you haven't changed anything in your settings then it is more likely to be a region.

Additionally, check what is happening on your PC, a virus scan or a windows update going on in the background could cause similar issues.
