Never recieved item but MP took Lindens anyway

MP took 500 Lindens after a few purchase attempts, unbeknownst to me this was during MP server maintenence. After a bit the item is still NOT in my item history. It just took my Lindens and still hasn't delivered after awhile. The creator hasn't recieved payment, tis like my money is and item are both lost in the matrix. Please help me, what should I do?

If it shows in your Order History, try a redeliver.  Otherwise, put in a Support ticket.
