Temp changes?

So, I'm tinkering with trying to duplicate a temp object,  instead of it duplicating like it used too, it now vanishes,  if I use a rezzer system, the rezzer has zero issues with making copies of the item.

Another finding we have made.   our physical ballon rezzer,  it is supposed to rez 1000 ballons and then drop them.  well it's visibly dropping half and the other half is invisible but has fallen too...  and then once I remove the ballon rezzer it's self, they start to pop into view instantly.   sim fps/dialation sits at 45 and this is a full sim this is being done on..  any ideas?
