Best atmospheric sims with build enabled?

I am looking for pretty, well-made, atmospheric sims to hang out in, preferably with build enabled. Not looking for sandboxes unless they're actually nice builds.

Some of my favorites are Rainy Alley and Nakano Forest, although the later just got sold and is probably getting deleted soon.

Motorcycle club regions are often well done and will likely have build enabled primarily for vehicles, but I doubt anyone would complain if you rezzed something for poses for photos or to show friends.
