This avatar most times does not even appear on the voice drop down. Can't mute him can't turn him down . There are no options its like he is logging out and his name does not give you any options. only to turn him down is to turn down volume in room altogether ' Its not me or my viewer everyone else has same problem with him. He says he is using a dj mic and leaves and comes back and you can turn him down. But every other time Hess there no voice options work on him.

I do not have the streaming on it is sl voice .

perhaps a stupid question, but... are you sure he is on voice? if you disable voice can he still be heard? could he be using the parcel's stream?

instead of starting new thread - add info/comments to your op by using options > edit

It sounds like shared media coming from an object.  None of the usual sound controls will switch that off.
