Stuck on loading world

For some reason when I try to log onto SL using Firestorm view, it gets me all the way to the loading world then stops.  But, when I try to log on with my alternate account I can.  Can anyone help me to figure out why one of my accounts will load, but the other won't.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Are they both logging in at the same location?  Try a different location for the account unable to log in.
