Why can't i get e-mail (to find password)???

i made an account  a few month ago with the First name (+resident)

and i tried logging in today

but i lost my password .. ;

 

so i click send email (program to find the password)

but i didn't recieve email ... humm

i'm convinced that my e-mail adress is exact

 

because i got email that active my account

and that email still remain.. !

 

How can i find password ..?:matte-motes-confused:

Check your email's spam filter.  Email from LL seems to find its way there more often than not.

Hello Dobi. I guess you used the Password Recovery Page? and followed the instructions? If yes, try again please. If still have problems, go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and do not login on any account. Submit the ticket for SL Account Login issues using your valid email address.

oh thanks for answer. but i already chenk email's spam.. there are no spam...
